Is monogamy destroying more families than it saves?

My fiancee and I are in an open relationship and we have been for the past 2 years. I guess you could say we're "swingers" and we absolutely LOVE the lifestyle! I think monogamy makes NO sense. It's not natural to only want to be with one person your entire life. We have Christianity to thank for putting that thought into our head. We love each other very much and we would never leave each other, but at the same time we realize it's only normal to be sexually attracted to other people and to deny each other that satisfaction is just insanity. It's a lot more fun fooling around together as a couple, rather than cheating.

I misplaced my Ipad2?

I was leaving for the school carnival so I was all excited I guess and I wasn't thinking about it and I wanted to take a picture of the fish I found and MY IPAD WAS NOWHERE IN SIGHT... I tore every room apart looking for it and I still cant find it... HELP!!!!!!!

How do I help a shedding cat?

I recently took in a stray cat who had been on her own since about December. It's now shedding season in Western Washington and she's shedding like crazy. Is there anything I can do to help make her more comfortable or help her get rid of all that dead fur faster? Currently I am using a rubber Kong curry comb to loosen the dead hairs and then brushing them away with a wire bristle brush for short-hairs about once every hour when I'm home. She appears to be a Burmese (American-Type)/Bombay mix with an extra thick coat because she was outside on her own during the winter. I gave her a flea bath when she first got her about three weeks ago; would giving her another bath help loosen more dead fur? Any tips would be most helpful. The weather is starting to warm up here and I don't want her to be miserable the whole summer.

Books that contain Humor, action and mystery (Exactly like The Dresden Files)?

I just finished reading all "Dresden files" books, and find them very good. They're humorous and detective related stuff, which I love. Any books which are similar to that? Something that contains humor, detective and mystery, oh and not to forget fantasy....... Thanks for help mates!

What does "wry" mean?

"Wry" means humor that is not laugh out loud funny but often makes you think. An "allusion" is referring to some other piece of work, as in "The Orient Express" is a book by Agatha Christie. So a "Wry allusion" would be an allusion that is funny but not in that you'd laugh a lot but that you'd stop and think about it.

Is this a respectable job application?

I would use the edited version, which is a good improvement. Leave out the bit about drums and dirt jumping. Also, keep in mind that it is talking to the managers at local businesses that will get you a job, not the letter. It's not a bad thing to have, it will set you apart from other applicants who walk in empty handed. But again, it's a 2-3 minute "sales speech" followed by asking for an application which will get yout the job. Always speak to the manager, by the way. If he or she isn't there, ask when they will be and come back then. Good luck!
