Is a boy cat suppose to have nipples?

ok i have two boy cats one of my cats is a bombay cat and its a boy but on his stomach it has 6 nipples. Are they suppose to have nipples? but my other boy cat that's a different type of cat he doesn't have nipples on his stomach. oh and i know my cat (the one with nipples) is a boy cause i got him neutered and stuff. So is he suppose to have nipples? thanks
