What do you think of this Idea?

Given the fact that it's a realistic story - it would need to be written very well, I would also add some elements of danger and intrigue to keep the reader interested. If the characters had firm goals they were trying to reach the reader would be more invested in what happens to them - in the end write what interests you - just write it all out and save editing for later drafts - not everyone is going to be interested. But a lot of people like realistic stories about people especially if they bring to light aspects of social, religious etc.. issues in an interesting way
