Problems wth my black bombay cat?

She's getting rea thin, and she isn't eating anything anymore. I had her since 2003, and I'm worried that she may be sick. Although it doesn't help matters that her adopted brother eats all of the food. Should I be worried about her? She's so thin I can feel bones when I pet her.
