Are all Stratocaster Tremolo/Whammy bars the same?

I have a stratocaster and unfortunately I have misplaced my tremolo bar. So I want to go on Amazon and buy a new one. Do you know if every tremolo bar made for Stratocasters fits all Strats? I have a vintage 1985 Japan Strat.
