Has anyone else been cold-called by 0151 8080 313?

They pose as computer safety engineers working on behalf of Microsoft Windows, but the whole thing sounded fishy. When I Googled the number, several websited implied that they were (allegedly) a scam. Apparently 01518 is a Liverpool number, but they sounded more like Bombay than Scousers. I refrained from their kind offers of software upgrades, but did manage to waste 40 minutes of their precious time ... anyone else heard of this one? Does anyone have their postal address?
