I feel like crying all the time?

I seriously feel like crying. I'm a 13 male and I have arthritis in my jaw joint (TMJ but the articular disc isn't misplaced) and I guess the pain makes me really extremely depressed. my mom keeps making appointments of pointless doctors and i've had enough.....anyone else have this? btw this has been going on for 9 months. what causes degeneration of the jaw joint? cuz thats what the paper report said for the MRI.
