My new samsung intecept came with Memo, But I dunno how to work it?

So somehow I misplaced it cuz I can't find it but they said u cant delete it so where did it go them and how do I get it back? Also I downloaded the the manual and the way it says to add speed dial, does not look anything what my phone looks like, I can't figure how to add people to speed dial... Somehow I clicked something in my back pocket and it just changed the appearance from what the manual shows, what the hell did I do?
