Pus in urine worried help?

ok so i was having some cramping on my lower right pelvic area so i though maybe i could be pregnant again (god forbid my daughter is only 3 1/2 months old now). i peed in a clear cup my urine looked strange.. really cloudy like a light pale yellow and white.. i dont know anyways. i took the pregnancy test and it was negative(thank god) but i forgot to throw out the pee for like an hour.. ( i know gross) i went to the bathroom again and i saw that i had forgotten to throw it out and when i looked at it the white stuff had separated and was on the bottom. it looks really gross like pus i think.. i have been drinking lots of water lately due to breastfeeding so i ont know why i would have an infection.. but i was on antibiotics about a month ago for an abdominal abscess i developed after a laporoscopy to remove a misplaced iud. i dont have much money and my medicaid just ended after pregnancy so i dont know if i should go to the dr for this.. other then the cramping and pus i dont have any other urinary symptoms.. what could this be? what should i do?
