Which is d best city ?

Between london,delhi,mumbai or indore(hometown) where should i go...........hi i am a 12+ student and i have good college options to go in any of them.........where should i go to study abroad(London), delhi bombay or stay at my hometown indore ........my parents are very strict but iam also scared of becoming homesick if i go out..........ppl please share your experience and help me
