I have just moved and have lost my "blue" card?

i have just moved into a new house in nevada and in the process of moving i have seemed to have misplaced my blue car for two of my handguns. I have registered these guns in my name before but i did not know if there were any unforeseen complications or fees. if anyone could help id appreciate it.
