Laser tattoo removal aftercare?

Basically, I got my first session of laser tattoo removal yesterday and when I came home I had misplaced the aftercare sheet and I still can't find it. The lady told me to put moisturiser on it twice daily, and that's all I remember. Is there anything else I should know, like how to clean it, if it's safe to shower with it and which creams/lotions in particular would be best to put on it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
