Tanqueray vs. Bombay Sapphire Gin?

So I'm going to buy some gin. I will be making gin and tonics, as well as gin and juices. have had Sapphire before and it was absolutely delicious! However a few of my friends have had Tanqueray and say it's the best. I have never had Tanqueray but if it isn't as good as Sapphire then I will ignore it. I don't mind paying the extra $1 for Sapphire because it is the best gin I've ever had! Thanks.
