What's the best kind of sticky halwa? (Indian sweet)?

Ooh, the best Halwa for pudding is carrot halwa (gajjar halwa). This is a warm halwa best eaten with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Banana halwa is my favourite block halwa. A lovely, rich sticky, gooey treat. Not sure where you can find these in the US. Here in the UK, we have plenty of Indian sweet stores that sell them.
