What was the name of the movie....?

It's about a movie around 2006 i think.It's general concept was about a company which wanted to fire some people and they were sent to a like a trip/excursion,where everyone got killed in a very black humor way..(i remember a foot in the fridge,someone hold a bazouka...:P )If that helps,it was a trailer in silent hill's movie in dvd here in Greece.So if anyone remembers,please tell me the name.....
